Compensation: $21.00–$21.50/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter and manage high-volume customer orders with accuracy
• Support Inside Sales with quotes and administrative tasks
• Track orders from entry through shipment
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery
• Generate and run sales reports
• Collaborate across departments including production and logistics
• Maintain professionalism with high-demand customers

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Strong data entry speed and accuracy
• Ability to grasp freight, production, quality control, and pricing concepts
• Comfort handling strong personalities professionally
• Excel proficiency
