Compensation

• Up to $85,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and optimize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Zoho CRM.
• Configure flows, validation rules, permissions, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage integrations, AppExchange apps, and data integrity.
• Translate business needs into scalable, automated solutions.
• Support Practice Development and advisor-facing teams.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing system improvements.
• Explore AI-driven enhancements within the tech stack.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce Flow, permissions, and security architecture.
• Ability to confidently interact with clients and executives.
• Willingness to own and become the internal Zoho CRM point of contact.
• FSC Superbadge and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services or fintech environments preferred.
