Our client is seeking a strategic, analytical Compensation Manager to help drive smarter pay decisions across a complex, international organization. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence leadership, shape compensation philosophy, and build scalable structures that directly impact talent attraction, retention, and business performance. Compensation: $100,000 + eligible for STIP (annual bonus)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead market pricing, benchmarking & competitive pay positioning
  • Design and refine salary grade structures & job architecture
  • Drive annual merit, STIP & equity planning cycles
  • Present compensation analysis & pay equity insights to leadership
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on strategic offer development
  • Support global compensation alignment across expanding markets
  • Build scalable total rewards frameworks for continued growth

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Expertise in market pricing and compensation benchmarking
  • Experience building job architecture & salary grade structures
  • Merit cycle planning leadership
  • Strong executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to lead data-driven compensation conversations
  • Experience supporting multi-site or global operations
