Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct legal research to support catastrophic injury litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Manage calendaring and critical case deadlines
• Maintain organized case files (digital A Drive + paper system)
• Assist with limited investigations and case development
• E-file documents through AlaCourt
• Transcribe dictation using Dictaphone Online

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Plaintiff litigation experience
• Experience with AlaCourt e-filing
• Comfort working without a formal document management system
• Strong drafting skills in complex litigation matters
• Assertive, proactive, warm communication style
• Experience with Dictaphone transcription
