Compensation

• $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
• Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages

• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly and annually

• Post journal entries and investigate ledger transactions

• Deliver financial analysis and reporting to leadership

• Assist with budgeting processes and variance analysis

• Support process improvement and automation efforts

• Collaborate with AP team and junior-level finance staff

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred

• 4+ years of accounting experience

• Experience in public accounting or construction/CRE accounting

• Leadership and supervisory experience

• QuickBooks experience is a plus; Proficient in Excel

• Strong leadership and communication abilities for team collaboration
