Ready to step into a high-impact architecture role where you’ll shape the backbone of enterprise order orchestration for a large-scale distribution environment? In this role, you’ll lead the technical design and evolution of a mission-critical IBM Sterling Order Management platform supporting store engagement, fulfillment, and enterprise-scale order lifecycle operations. Your work will influence how orders move across systems, stores, and supply chains at scale.

Compensation

  • Up to $165,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the solution architecture for IBM Sterling Order Management across order lifecycle, store engagement, and store execution
  • Architect integrations across OMS, ERP, WMS, and store systems
  • Design scalable components supporting order sourcing, routing, inventory visibility, and fulfillment workflows
  • Lead architectural decisions around custom extensions, APIs, services, and user exits within Sterling OMS
  • Guide engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and platform standards

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Hands-on architecture and implementation experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS)
  • Experience delivering large-scale Sterling OMS implementations or expansions
  • Strong expertise in Java / J2EE within enterprise OMS environments
  • Deep knowledge of order management, fulfillment, inventory visibility, and store execution workflows
  • Experience designing high-volume, mission-critical retail or distribution systems
