Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 base salary
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide executive support including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting follow-ups
• Serve as a key intake point for internal and external requests, routing inquiries to the appropriate teams
• Monitor shared inboxes and support channels, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed efficiently
• Maintain and organize customer account records within CRM and internal systems
• Manage internal forms, documentation, and operational workflows across multiple platforms
• Track administrative and operational deadlines to keep leadership and projects on schedule
• Assist with coordination of conferences, trade shows, and special projects
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
• Strong comfort working within CRM and productivity platforms such as HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar tools
• Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and digital workflows
• Natural ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in operational efficiency, automation, or AI-driven process improvements
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) strongly valued
