Accounts Receivable Specialist (9 month contract)

Compensation

• $20–25/hr+ (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Post cash receipts and apply payments accurately
• Manage both automated and manual cash posting processes
• Conduct professional, customer-friendly collections outreach
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support daily AR operations during system implementation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience
• Manufacturing, distribution, or construction experience preferred
• Collections experience
• Strong hands-on experience with cash posting ownership
• Experience handling high-volume AR workflows
• ERP system experience in a transactional environment
• Professional, service-oriented approach to collections
