Compensation

• $50,000–$60,000 annually (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Prioritize payments based on terms and discount opportunities
• Support month-end close activities within AP
• Communicate with vendors to address questions and issues
• Maintain organized invoice records and documentation
• Assist with special projects to improve AP processes

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or construction environment REQUIRED
• Experience processing high-volume of invoices
• Familiarity with ERP systems 
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
