Compensation:

• $100,000-140,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and oversee the full-cycle payroll process from start to finish
• Serve as the subject matter expert for multi-state payroll and payroll tax compliance
• Lead payroll reporting, including weekly labor and payroll tax analysis
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams
• Guide and support team members involved in payroll execution
• Ensure payroll processes align with internal controls and compliance standards

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Advanced Excel expertise for reporting and analysis
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level payroll software
• Familiarity with SOX-compliant payroll processes
• Background supporting payroll in a construction or utility environment is a plus
