Compensation

• $20–23/hour+ depending on experience
• Additional bonus potential after tax season

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process payroll for 20+ companies with varying structures such as ACH and checks
• Manage payroll tax payments across multiple systems
• Prepare W2s and assist with year-end payroll processes
• Perform general bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
• Support accounting operations across multiple client accounts
• Work within various ERP systems

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Accounting degree or relevant hands-on experience
• Hands-on experience processing payroll across multiple companies or entities
• Experience working in a CPA firm or multi-client environment 
• Proficiency with both QuickBooks Desktop and Online
• Ability to navigate multiple payroll systems 
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
