Accounts Receivable Clerk / AR Specialist –
(Contract-to-Hire OR Direct Hire if needed)

Compensation
• $20-23/ hour (Pay increases after 90 days)

What You’ll Be Doing
• Process high-volume cash receipts and apply payments accurately
• Manage invoicing, customer statements, and collections outreach
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger across multiple locations
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams
• Assist with credit setup and review for new customers
• Support month-end close and reporting, including aging reports
• Handle additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered
• Accounting degree or relevant hands-on experience
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Comfortable working within the general ledger and supporting reconciliations
• Experience working in a high-volume AR environment across multiple entities
• ERP system experience
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
