Health & Safety Specialist II / Safety Manager (Incident & Risk Analytics)

Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 + ~10% bonus potential
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead incident investigations end-to-end, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Analyze safety data and trends to drive preventative strategies
- Own and enhance unplanned event and incident management programs
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Mentor and coach safety team members
- Serve as a key safety leader and backup to the Safety Manager
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience in a refining, chemical, or heavy industrial environment
- Strong incident investigation and safety analytics expertise
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, EPA, and API standards
- Ability to operate in Incident Command Structure (ICS) environments
- Capability to influence without direct authority and mentor others
- Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments
