Compensation

• $90,000 – $110,000 base salary
• 15% annual bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpret and apply complex U.S. GAAP guidance
• Prepare technical accounting memos and white papers
• Support accounting for acquisitions and deal structures
• Partner with Legal, Operations, and Development teams
• Review impairment analyses and consolidation assessments
• Evaluate new accounting standards and implementation impact
• Identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong technical U.S. GAAP knowledge
• Background in public accounting REQUIRED (audit/assurance preferred)
• CPA strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on complex transactions
