Compensation

• Base salary: $110,000 – $120,000
• Bonus eligibility included

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
• Partner with sales teams to provide financial clarity and insights
• Analyze financial data to guide business decisions
• Serve as liaison across accounting functions and business units

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
• 5+ years of solid accounting experience
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Public accounting preferred
• Strong ERP system experience
• Adaptability in evolving systems and environments
• Demonstrated leadership presence and professionalism
