Compensation: $130,000 base salary + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals
• Drive revenue growth through managed services and IT solution sales
• Own sales strategy execution and monthly quota attainment
• Partner with leadership to close complex, high-value deals
• Build and track KPIs to drive consistent pipeline growth
• Analyze sales performance and optimize team effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Background in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments
• Experience in value-added reseller (VAR) or partner-based sales models
• Proven ability to lead high-performing, competitive sales teams
• Strong capability in building and analyzing sales KPIs and metrics
• Hunter mentality with ability to drive new business development
• Comfort operating in high-pressure, performance-driven environments
