Accounts Payable Manager / AP Operations Manager

Compensation

• $70-85K, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage end-to-end accounts payable operations across multiple spend categories
• Oversee corporate card activity, reimbursements, vendor payments, and approvals
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Support month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations
• Maintain vendor records, compliance documentation, and payment controls
• Partner with internal teams to improve spending visibility and accountability
• Identify and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable within a fast-moving environment
• Prior Management experience
• Hands-on experience with modern spend or AP platforms (Ramp or similar) highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Excel 
• Full cycle AP function end-to-end experience
• Experience with vendor setup, W-9 collection, and 1099 compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, not required
