Compensation: $18/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices
• Perform pre-configuration and setup of equipment
• Respond to customer service requests via phone and in person
• Diagnose mechanical and technical issues efficiently
• Maintain equipment at headquarters location
• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction
• Collaborate with team members to resolve service challenges

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Strong mechanical or break/fix aptitude
• Ability to quickly learn and become certified on specialized equipment
• Comfortable troubleshooting hardware issues hands-on
• Strong customer communication skills (in-person and phone)
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
