Compensation
• $94,375 – $153,355 annually

What You’ll Be Doing
• Design and develop enterprise data warehouse reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Lead full BI lifecycle from requirements to deployment
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders on data strategy
• Build and optimize SQL queries and data models
• Develop within Epic Cogito and non-Epic platforms
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to BI standards

What You’ll Need to be Considered
• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Epic Cogito Fundamentals certification
• Deep experience within an Epic hospital environment
• Advanced knowledge of Clarity and/or Caboodle data models
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical and operational data
• Expertise in complex SQL performance tuning across platforms
• Advanced experience with Epic's Cogito platform
