Compensation: $65-75K DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicate with clients and serve as a key point of contact
• Manage case files and maintain organization across multiple matters
• Prepare materials for trial, including exhibits and presentations
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and third-party vendors
• Handle subpoenas and assist with billing processes
• Summarize and organize third-party records
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience supporting defense-side civil litigation cases
• Hands-on experience with subpoenas and legal billing processes
• Strong trial preparation exposure, including presentation support
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents and case files
• Familiarity with trial presentation software (e.g., TrialDirector or Sanction)
• Proven job stability and commitment in prior roles
