Compensation: $120-140K based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead development of engineering standards, templates, and specifications
• Oversee design deliverables aligned with project and industry requirements
• Manage multiple projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals
• Partner with construction teams to support execution and estimating
• Mentor and direct designers and engineers to ensure high-quality output
• Review and validate designs for accuracy, compliance, and best practices
• Serve as a technical resource to solve complex design challenges

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5–10 years of experience developing construction design documents in a design-build or consulting engineering environment
• Strong understanding of workflow between design disciplines and engineering packages
• Ability to manage projects across quality, schedule, and budget requirements
• Hands-on experience with electrical schematics, plans, and schedules
• Capability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members
• Strong communication skills working across customers, vendors, and internal teams
