Mid-Level E&I Engineer

Lead the design standards behind major power infrastructure projects — generation, battery storage, renewables, transmission, and substations. This Client is looking for a Mid-Level E&I Engineer to help shape how designs come together across the portfolio and mentor the team that brings them to life, with your work helping power entire communities.

Compensation

• $120,000–$140,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead development of design standards, templates, and specifications
• Direct design documents and deliverables per project and industry standards
• Develop construction quantities for design-build estimates
• Manage multiple projects against quality, schedule, and budget targets
• Supervise, delegate to, and mentor designers and engineers
• Lead cross-discipline design checks and review others' work for accuracy
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and project teams

What You'll Need to be Considered

• 10+ years developing construction design documents in a design-build or consultant engineering capacity
• Solid grasp of workflow between design disciplines and supplier packages
• Project management skills balancing quality, schedule, and budget
• Leadership experience mentoring and developing team members
