Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Compensation

• $60,000 – $75,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle AP/AR, including invoicing, payments, and collections
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting
• Track project profitability and provide insights to leadership
• Support inventory tracking and asset management in financial systems
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (P&L, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with business licenses and tax requirements
• Partner with leadership and external advisors on financial operations

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience OR 2+ years of Accounting experience (with a degree)
• Experience in project-based or construction-style accounting environments
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Ability to operate independently and build processes without direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, informal environment
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-division operations
