Compensation

• $55,000 – $65,000 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and resolve escalated support tickets from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and network issues.
• Manage the ticket lifecycle with clear documentation and timely updates.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams to ensure efficient resolutions.
• Support multiple client environments with varying technical needs.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutions.
• Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple support tickets.
• Experience working in an MSP or multi-client support environment.
• Strong ownership mindset, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume support settings.
• Familiarity with healthcare or dental IT environments is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass an MVR.
