Our client is seeking multiple IT Support Analysts to support a fast-growing, enterprise IT environment where you’ll be hands-on with end-user technology, cloud tools, and engineering applications that keep large-scale operations running smoothly. Compensation
$60,000–$70,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide onsite IT support for users, systems, and devices
• Support Microsoft OS, M365, Azure, Entra ID, and Autopilot
• Troubleshoot Dell and Lenovo hardware and software issues
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle
• Support Intune/Azure environments and device management
• Administer engineering software licensing (AutoCAD, etc.)
• Assist with multi-site IT support needs and escalations
What You’ll Need to be Considered
• Comfort with potential travel as needed
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Autopilot experience
• Self-reliant, energetic, and strong communicator
• Hands-on enterprise IT support experience
• Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and VPN familiarity preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
