Project Analyst

Compensation: $38-45/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Track, forecast, and report on project performance across multiple business units
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and escalate concerns proactively
• Support recurring executive-level reporting through data extraction and analysis
• Ensure consistency and integrity of project data across teams
• Partner with project managers and operational leaders to improve reporting accuracy
• Help standardize PMO processes in a highly matrixed environment
• Leverage tools like Excel, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and related platforms to drive visibility

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience supporting project reporting within a PMO or consulting environment
• Background within architectural, engineering, or professional consulting services strongly preferred
• Ability to confidently push initiatives forward across multiple teams
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accountability and process improvement
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana
