Our client is seeking a detail-driven Client Service Support professional to help manage the moving pieces behind complex commercial furniture and government contract projects. In this Client Service Support role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring orders, logistics, and project workflows stay organized, compliant, and on track in a fast-growing, team-focused environment.

Compensation: $22–$23/hour DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support post-sale project workflows from order placement through completion
- Process orders, scheduling details, and delivery logistics with high accuracy
- Coordinate with sales reps, project leaders, vendors, and clients
- Track project milestones and maintain documentation within internal systems
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and government contract requirements
- Communicate updates and resolve issues before they impact project timelines
- Assist multiple teams and adapt to shifting priorities as business needs change
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Exceptional attention to detail and process accuracy
- Ability to manage multi-step workflows without losing track of details
- Comfort working in highly structured, compliance-driven environments
- Confidence speaking up when processes or information seem incorrect
- Adaptability to support multiple teams and personalities
- Government contract, VA, or commercial furniture industry experience is highly valued
