Identity & M365 Engineer

Our client is building a fast-moving M&A integrations team supporting multiple acquisitions over the next year. This role ensures seamless identity, email, and collaboration migrations during critical Day 1 cutovers. You’ll directly impact user experience, security, and continuity across newly acquired organizations at scale.

Compensation
• $60-80/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
• Entra ID / SSO alignment and identity governance
• Lead M365 and email tenant migrations
• Manage user provisioning and access/security policies
• Support hybrid Active Directory environments during integrations
• Ensure Day 1 readiness for acquired companies

What You’ll Need to be Considered
• Strong experience with Entra ID, Azure AD, and M365
• Background in identity and access management
• Experience with hybrid on-prem and cloud environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, and security tools
