Compensation

• $75,000+ (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead key portions of month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review complex journal entries (intercompany, accruals, deferrals)
• Perform reconciliations for high-impact balance sheet accounts
• Analyze financial results and explain key variances
• Support audits, including schedules and auditor communications
• Research and apply GAAP to non-routine transactions
• Mentor staff and assist with process and system improvements

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience with intercompany accounting and complex reconciliations
• Strong understanding of technical GAAP applications
• Ability to own and drive critical close deadlines
• Experience supporting audits as a primary contact
• Proven ability to mentor and review staff work
