Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to become a trusted partner to ownership, taking the lead on both financial operations and day-to-day administrative functions. Compensation

  • $25–$29 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Oversee recurring billing and payment collections
  • Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and support month-end processes
  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the business
  • Partner with ownership on operational and financial decisions
  • Help organize and clean up accounting records and billing documentation
  • Help interact with customers and check them in

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Experience managing bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks required
  • Ability to independently oversee both accounting and office operations
  • Comfort working directly with financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Strong judgment and ability to operate with minimal supervision
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to interact with families, staff, and external partners
  • Experience improving processes, organizing records, or cleaning up accounting data
  • Adaptability in a small-business environment where priorities can shift
