Our client is seeking a Lead Service Technician to troubleshoot, optimize, and support advanced residential and commercial technology systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Compensation: $35-$45 per hour based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio/video, networking, automation, security, and smart technology issues
  • Manage 1-5 service calls daily throughout the Birmingham area
  • Perform onsite and remote diagnostics to identify root causes
  • Lead service calls and provide guidance to junior technicians
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Recommend system improvements and preventative maintenance solutions
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and project updates

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Ability to independently manage service calls and troubleshoot complex technology systems
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with AV integration, automation, networking, security, or related technologies
  • Ability to read schematics, floor plans, and technical documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
