Test Engineer

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annual salary, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute testing solutions based on customer requirements
• Create test plans, procedures, programs, and supporting documentation
• Design and develop test equipment for production and depot operations
• Analyze test results and recommend product and design improvements
• Ensure compliance with applicable testing standards and requirements
• Troubleshoot products and support root cause analysis efforts
• Lead testing initiatives and support continuous quality improvements

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience programming automated test equipment such as DITMCO, Cablescan, Cirris, PXI, or similar platforms
• Ability to develop testing proposals, analyze results, and provide design recommendations
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Experience developing custom test hardware and test strategies
• RF testing experience is highly preferred
