Compensation

• $115,000 – $135,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live

• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously

• Drive discovery sessions and workflow mapping

• Coordinate stakeholders across clients, engineering, and product teams

• Lead training, go-live support, and hypercare activities

• Develop scalable implementation playbooks and processes

• Ensure successful client adoption and transition to account management

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience building implementation programs, processes, or teams

• Leadership and mentoring experience

• Experience leading client-facing SaaS implementations

• Ability to manage technical integrations and cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Healthcare software, EMR, practice management, or AI experience preferred
