Contracts Manager

Our client is seeking a sharp, execution-focused Contracts Manager to help drive large-scale infrastructure and power projects from agreement to action. This is a high-impact role where your contract expertise will keep field teams, project leaders, Legal, and Operations aligned so critical projects move forward with accuracy, speed, and confidence.

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience,+ bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage customer contracts, subcontracts, and joint venture agreements
• Partner with field teams, Project Management, Legal, and Operations
• Track contract terms, deadlines, obligations, templates, and lessons learned
• Facilitate contract meetings and follow up on action items
• Support dispute resolution and contractual alignment
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and distribution
• Support invoicing, contractor goals, and special projects

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• EPC project experience
• Contract and subcontract management experience
• Experience supporting construction or services environments
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, power, or energy projects
• Ability to partner closely with field execution teams
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
