Compensation

• $80,000–$95,000 base salary + 10% bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze operating expenses and identify key cost drivers across assets
• Perform variance analysis and explain fluctuations period-over-period
• Partner with field and operations teams to translate activity into financials
• Support accruals, reconciliations, and monthly close activities
• Work within a SOX-compliant environment including audit support
• Improve reporting through automation, BI tools, and advanced Excel
• Manage high-volume, complex expense data across multiple regions

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Strong background in cost/operational or field-driven accounting environments
• Experience analyzing large data sets and identifying cost trends
• Advanced Excel capability (complex data manipulation and modeling)
• Exposure to Hyperion, BI tools, or analytics platforms
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (energy, manufacturing, utilities, etc.)
• Process improvement mindset with interest in automation and AI tools
