Compensation

• $67,000 – $83,000, plus bonus eligibility

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support financial oversight for multiple healthcare facilities within a regional portfolio
• Review financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
• Analyze balance sheet accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and unusual variances
• Identify missing, unusual, or inconsistent financial activity and communicate findings
• Partner with regional accounting, operations, and corporate stakeholders
• Participate in collaborative market accountant meetings and working sessions
• Help provide controller-level insight across several operating entities

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong general ledger and balance sheet accounting foundation
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience reviewing and analyzing financial statements
• High-volume reconciliation experience
• Ability to clearly explain financial findings to accounting and non-accounting audiences
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure
