What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for cash accounting activities
• Review cash reconciliations and provide guidance on accuracy and completeness
• Investigate reconciliation variances and communicate findings to leadership
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
• Improve processes, controls, and reconciliation workflows
• Support timely and accurate financial reporting activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cash accounting initiatives and projects

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience leading or supervising an accounting team
• Strong reconciliation expertise
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and account reconciliation processes
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
