Contracts Manager

Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager who can turn complex agreements into clear action on major infrastructure and power projects. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the connector between field teams, Project Management, Legal, and Operations — helping keep contracts organized, obligations clear, and large-scale projects moving forward with confidence.

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 DOE + Bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage customer contracts, subcontracts, and joint venture agreements
• Partner with field teams, Project Management, Legal, and Operations
• Track contract terms, deadlines, obligations, templates, and lessons learned
• Facilitate contract meetings and follow up on action items
• Support dispute resolution and contractual alignment
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and distribution
• Support invoicing, contractor goals, and special projects

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• EPC project experience
• Contract and subcontract management experience
• Experience supporting construction or services environments
• Background with large-scale infrastructure, power, or energy projects
• Ability to partner closely with field execution teams
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
