Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through litigation
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional client communication and case updates
• Coordinate calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and attorney schedules
• Draft pleadings, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
• Communicate with expert witnesses, medical providers, and insurance representatives
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Support attorneys throughout litigation and settlement activities

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Experience as a personal injury paralegal in a plaintiff’s law firm required
• Proven success building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Experience using case management software such as Filevine or a similar platform
• Proficiency with legal research tools comparable to Westlaw
• Friendly, professional, and highly organized approach to client service
• Trial/litigation experience, paralegal certification, or experience drafting pleadings is a plus
