What You'll Be Doing
 

• Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities
• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision making
• Build and enhance financial models used to evaluate business opportunities and investments
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve results
• Improve planning, reporting, and financial management processes across the organization
• Develop meaningful executive reporting and performance metrics
• Mentor and lead a high-performing FP&A team

What You'll Need to Be Considered
 

• 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Leadership experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting
• Strong financial modeling expertise supporting strategic planning and capital allocation
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and Investor Relations
• Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations
• Demonstrated success leading finance teams and driving process improvement initiatives
