Our client is looking for a polished, detail-obsessed Advanced Legal Assistant to provide advanced legal and administrative support through a centralized Legal Resource Center. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys complex document production, deadline management, advanced Word formatting, and being the trusted support resource attorneys rely on when accuracy matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, briefs, memos, and correspondence
• Use advanced Word features including TOC, TOA, cross-referencing, styles, and Track Changes
• Transcribe dictated text and audio recordings
• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, charts, graphics, and PDF-to-Word conversions
• Calendar critical deadlines, manage court/bar admissions, and track attorney CLE
• Transmit documents through e-filing, email, fax, mail, and messenger
• Manage workflow across multiple attorneys while providing backup support to the LSS I team

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• IP or Corporate practice group experience
• Legal assistant experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency, including TOC, TOA, styles, Track Changes, and cross-referencing
• Strong proofreading accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and professional composure
• Experience with e-filing systems or law firm document management platforms
• Interest in mentoring or supporting junior legal support team members
