Compensation
$22–$29/hr

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and managing client support tickets
  • Assigning tickets to the appropriate resources
  • Preparing technician schedules and forecasting workload
  • Coordinating service calls with vendors
  • Tracking loaned equipment
  • Serving as first responder within SLA timelines

What You'll Need to be Considered

  • Bachelor's degree in IT OR 2 years of relevant experience
  • Two or more IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Security+, Network+, Fortinet NSE, etc.)
  • Comfortable driving a company vehicle for client visits (MVR check required)
  • Experience navigating Windows 10 environments and create/remove users.
  • Experience adding/editing users in Active Directory, changing passwords, and O365 administration
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts ( DHCP, DNS, Layer 2/3, etc.)
