Compensation
 

• $75,000–$90,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights on trends, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership
• Perform monthly variance analysis across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Support annual budgeting and long-range forecasting with business unit leaders
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and executive-level reporting
• Develop dashboards and improve reporting processes through automation
• Analyze economic and market trends to support strategic planning
• Partner across the organization to identify opportunities for EBITDA improvement and support special projects

What You'll Need to Be Considered

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst type role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience translating financial data into actionable business recommendations
• Power BI or other data visualization experience
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and executive communication skills
