Senior Software Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and enhance advanced defense planning tools that combine high-fidelity intelligence, physics-based modeling, and geospatial data into mission-critical applications used in operational environments.

Compensation

• $150,000+ annually, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and enhance Java-based defense planning applications

• Build software supporting geospatial and radar data processing

• Integrate intelligence and modeling frameworks

• Design optimization algorithms and data pipelines

• Support DoD DevSecOps development practices

• Collaborate with software engineers and radar analysts

• Deliver scalable, high-performance mission software

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Active DoD Secret clearance

• U.S. Citizenship

• Experience within the DoD Modeling & Simulation environment

• Expertise with Java, C++, and Python

• Experience with XML parsing and geospatial data processing

• Knowledge of radar systems, threat modeling, or radar detection theory
