Compensation

• $90,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and enhance financial models supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Evaluate and improve existing forecasting processes and models
• Analyze financial performance across the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
• Partner with finance leadership to provide actionable business insights
• Support planning during acquisition and integration activities
• Develop reporting and analytics to improve decision-making
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in related role
• Demonstrated expertise building budgeting and forecasting models
• Strong understanding of three-statement financial modeling
• Naturally inquisitive mindset with a passion for improving processes
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-first environment
• Strong MS Excel skills
