Compensation
- $90,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
- Annual Bonus
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain inventory costing, material costs, and VOM analysis
- Analyze production and labor rates to improve cost accuracy
- Track raw material costs and maintain billing materials
- Support costing for new customer onboarding and RFPs
- Partner with Accounting, Production, and Sales on cost analysis
- Maintain costing data within ERP systems
- Identify cost trends and recommend improvements
What You'll Need to be Considered
- 5+ years of experience
- Recent manufacturing or production costing experience required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience collaborating across Accounting, Production, and Sales
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with JD Edwards, customer onboarding cost models, or RFP costing is a plus
