Controller / Accounting Manager
Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller to lead the financial operations of a mission-driven organization and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, journal entries, cash receipts, billing, and reconciliations
• Develop and coordinate annual operating and capital budgets
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reporting
• Oversee inventory controls, client billing, cash activity, and fixed asset records
• Partner with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Present financial information and budget recommendations to executive leaders and board committees
• Serve as a trusted advisor, promoting prudent financial management and strong internal controls

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years of solid accounting
• Active CPA license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting best practices
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to manage confidential financial information
• Strong MS Excel experience
