Compensation

• Up to $34.00/hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice review, coding, and expense processing
• Handling employee expenses and project-related reimbursable expenses
• Managing Accounts Receivable and client billing
• Handling client billing correspondence and collections
• Partnering with project managers to ensure accurate project billing
• Maintaining audit trails and financial documentation
• Supporting daily accounting operations

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
• Background in an Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Professional Services firm preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
