Amber O’Hanian brings more than 20 years of recruiting and workforce solutions experience to ITAC Solutions, a staffing agency, where she serves as Senior Client Delivery Manager and Partner,  focused on building relationships, growing client partnerships, and connecting great people with great job opportunities.

Amber joined ITAC in 2009 and has worn just about every hat since, recruiting, business development, and building and leading ITAC’s Huntsville office from the ground up. That range gives her a unique perspective on both sides of the hiring equation but ask Amber what she’s most proud of and she’ll point straight to the relationships. Many of the clients she started working with years ago are still partners today.

Amber believes in being honest (sometimes to a fault), doing the right thing whether anyone’s watching or not, and genuinely caring about the people in her orbit. She’s competitive and loves to win, but these days winning also means watching her ITAC teammates succeed, and she’ll jump in with advice, help, or whatever’s needed to contribute to that, whether or not it’s technically her job.

Outside of work, Amber’s world revolves around family, five kids, a grandson, collegiate baseball, cheering on high school games, Alabama road trips, and time with her parents mean there’s rarely a dull moment. She’s fiercely loyal, a little sarcastic, never meets a stranger, and is always up for reality TV, a good meme, or tracking an Amazon package that’s “out for delivery.”

Above all, Amber hopes people leave her orbit a little better than they found it, and she feels lucky to say the same has been true for her.
