Avery began his career at ITAC as an IT Sourcing Specialist, quickly making an impact through his persistence, curiosity, and ability to identify hard-to-find technical talent. His drive and commitment to building strong candidate relationships led to his promotion to Technical Associate Recruiter, where he now supports candidates throughout the recruiting process while helping ITAC’s clients build stronger technology teams.

A graduate of Centre College, Avery brings the same competitive mindset to recruiting that he developed as a collegiate athlete. A two-time NCAA First Team All-American diver and SAA Diver of the Year, he understands the value of preparation, discipline, resilience, and continually pushing toward the next goal.
