Before beginning her career in recruiting, Catherine spent nearly a decade in early childhood education. That experience helped shape the skills she brings to recruiting today: listening closely, communicating with empathy, building trust, and recognizing the unique strengths each person brings to the table.

Catherine joined ITAC Solutions as a Sourcing Specialist, where she developed her ability to identify talented professionals and create meaningful connections in a competitive hiring market. She has since grown into a Recruiting Lead role, partnering with candidates throughout the hiring process and helping connect great people with great companies.

A graduate of The University of Alabama, Catherine brings curiosity, persistence, and a people-first mindset to every search. She believes successful recruiting goes beyond matching a resume to a job description, it starts with understanding the person behind the experience and finding an opportunity where they can make an impact.
